is white fish meat made into a seasoned paste, steamed, and typically formed into
a semicylindrical shape over a strip of wood. At Wakamatsuya, you can learn
to make your own kamaboko. You can bring it back home as a souvenir. Reservations
should be made a week in advance, and the courses are only held for groups of
two or more. The cost is from \ 1000 per person. ( The cost depends on the kind
